From the very first time I got in touch with Partrington Haven I found everyone very polite, friendly and very helpful. On arriving to the park we were greeted by Jamie who offered us a friendly welcome and a drink. He gave us some information to look at while waiting for Rose to arrive as we were a little early than arranged.

Upon meeting with Rose, Bill and I and my family thought she was very professional and helpful in showing us around the park and the caravans which were available in our price range and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for her or the staff whom we spoke to. Even when I asked to go round the park and caravans again before we decided on which van and plot suited us best.

Rose was very informative of what was on the site and how things were managed. Unfortunately we ran out of time and had to rush off so she quickly sorted out some paper work for us so we could be on our way. On returning home we had a family discussion and decided to go ahead with our purchase. The following morning I rang and spoke with Rose and paid the rest of the deposit. Again she was very helpful, informative and professional at all times.

As Rose was away for the hand-over of the caravan when we had arranged for 2 weeks later, she had arranged for another person to do it on her behalf and once again we found them all very friendly, helpful and very professional.

We had previously owned a static caravan many years ago and your company was so much more professional and a pleasurable to deal with.

Bill and I have since been and stayed for a couple of nights and we are pleased to say that once again all the staff in all departments continued to be very friendly and helpful. I cannot mention enough how welcoming we found everyone to be and how beautiful the park was kept.

We look forward to spending many happy times on the park with our family and friends.
