On arrival at the Park we were greeted by friendly, warm people. I felt relaxed as soon as I stepped out of my car.

Gareth was warm, relaxed and friendly. We came thinking we would visit a few different parks but we found everything we needed at Patrington and made a purchase on the day.

The whole process was simple, relaxed and we left feeling fully informed. Gareth kept in touch right up to the handover, which was a pleasure. There was no stone left unturned.

We are now settled in our new caravan and we were happy and relaxed within 4 hours.

Guys bar is in beautiful surroundings. Walked in and greeted by the staff with a lovely smile. Seated and asked which drinks we wanted. Nothing too much trouble. The food was first class. Definitely be back 5 star service all round.

Driving on to the site we saw the amazing flowers. From the first moment we walked into the reception area we fell in love. Gareth met us and made us feel at home, he was not a typical sales guy which we loved. It was like talking to a friend.

Everything was explained to us in a way that you can understand as it can get a bit confusing. We were sent two videos of holiday homes and Gareth showed them to us and we fell in love with one of them.

The best caravan site ever. Beautiful surroundings, lovely people, I wouldn't have a caravan anywhere else.

The Park is so peaceful and quiet and we have our own garden and the site is well maintained.

Curiosity was the reason for visiting the Park and we were totally surprised at what we saw.

We were invited by Gareth to look at available caravans. The standard was amazing and plans began to formulate about buying a holiday home.

I would like to stress that at no point was any pressure exerted. Gareth was a star and extremely patient and informative. Gareth, Guy, Nick and Olivia answered all questions but mainly let the Park sell itself.

At no time was the feeling of being hurried experienced and the decisions made were mine alone and made in my own time.

You can’t help but notice how beautiful, clean and tidy everything is.

Everything has gone smoothly, carried out by extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

All staff including sales, handover, reception and bar staff are professional and friendly.

I visited a couple of sites before deciding to purchase at Patrington Haven Leisure Park and I am glad that I had the opportunity to experience 2 very different sites and sales teams.

At Patrington they were keen to fully understand what I wanted before our meeting, they had picked out 2 caravans which fitted my requirements perfectly, 3 bedrooms, and within my budget. They were right! Both suited my needs.

We have owned on Patrington Haven Leisure Park for the past 5 years. We love everything about the Park from the facilities, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, entertainment to the staff and our fellow owners/friends.

For those who do not know the site do NOT try to compare it with Park Resorts or Haven. Nothing at all like those.

It took me 5 years to manage to get a caravan. So glad I kept on trying.

Lovely vans at good prices and a lovely quiet park. Great staff who actually care, from Guy, all the way through to all the staff onsite.

After looking round several parks, we came to Patrington Haven Leisure Park and fell in love. Martin showed us round and our journey began. He went above and beyond to support us with absolutely no pressure but he was always there to help and support us answering every question we had. 

Now here we are in our beautiful lodge. 

The handover was smooth and the staff at Reception have been amazing. Thanks to Josie, Gareth and Nick for your support but most of all, a massive thanks to Martin for understanding our vision and supporting us throughout the process.

People who are looking to buy or move sites must come along to Patrington Haven Leisure Park and take a look.

You will not be disappointed. There is something for everyone, friendly staff and great entertainment.

I would not go anywhere else. Absolutely love it and glad I took the plunge.

Well I had my first bank Holiday in my new caravan here. Best site and best staff who could not do enough for us.

Excellent fishing, great for kids, would highly recommend.

If you are looking to buy a caravan this is the place to be. Josie in sales looked after us, great thank you.

We were very impressed by how clean, bright and well set out the park was.

We were greeted with a big friendly smile and a cup of coffee, what more could you ask for? Josie made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We did not feel pressured at all.

All information was explained very clearly. There was a lot to take in but Josie willingly went over again any information which we hadn’t taken in before.

On entering the park, it was very clean and quiet. Gareth greeted us warmly even though we hadn’t said we were coming on that particular day.

He showed us some options and then left us to have lunch and a chat together. We definitely felt comfortable and not pressured one bit. Everything was explained in clear English.

Gareth has kept in touch with us throughout the last three weeks and has answered any other questions we needed answering.

Everything with the handover went smoothly and any little niggles Gareth is sorting out for us.

10/10 to Gareth.

From the very beginning, no pressure, amazing support, every question answered honestly and brilliant customer service. What more could a person ask for.

The Park is well maintained. All staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to assist with any enquiries. Josie, the sales advisor, gave us a warm and welcome greeting, putting us at ease. She made sure we knew what we were looking for with both the static and the pitch. It was as if we were being accompanied by a good friend.

Linda and I would like to thank you all for the very smooth and efficient way you handled the purchase of our third caravan at Patrington Haven Leisure Park. Nothing has been to much trouble for you and all the staff during our purchase (no pressure) every thing was explained and transfer form our previous caravan to our new one was effortless. Hi, my name is Mr Miller. When my wife Sharron and I came to Patrington Haven Leisure Park we came to look at buying a static caravan.

We had been round other parks, but it was when we came to Patrington that we decided this was the park for us.

We found the staff warm and welcoming and very informative. The staff went through every details and if we had any questions they would answer as honestly as they could, and when we went around the park everyone we met were friendly and said hello.

Having just upgraded to our new caravan, we have to say a big thank you to Julie, Phil and all the staff at PHLP for making this such an enjoyable, stress-free experience.

This is a wonderful site, we have always been happy and comfortable here, hence the upgrade!

I visited the country club, a party of 25 young and old all who thoroughly enjoyed the experience the food was good and the service was first class the staff were wonderful. it was an 80th birthday party. I will now be singing your praises throughout Yorkshire and beyond.

I have always been impressed with the quality and service from Guy's Restaurant. I brought my father in law and his partner, as they were visiting my partner and me, and they also said how clean the place was, the waiter's and waitresses were so smart, the food was excellent, so a massive tick all round.

We love the food. The staff are friendly, helpful, and will have a bit of 'banter' with us, which we like, everyone is so pleasant. We invited some friends for Sunday lunch, and they were very impressed, with the food, staff, and the pleasant surroundings.

We hadn't planned on buying a new caravan, when we visited the Park, however, after meeting with Olivia, and Jamie, and having a tour, we were very impressed, both with the facilities, the staff, and the well kept grounds.

Olivia was lovely, and not at all pushy.  Both her, and Jamie, gave us time to ourselves, to sample the excellent food, in Guys Bar, to chat to other owners, and to decide whether or not to purchase a caravan.

We bought our caravan in February this year. We love coming here as everyone is so friendly and helpful, always a clean and very well maintained park, it's a safe place for children . Jamie and the team work hard and have always got time for you. It's well worth a look first before looking elsewhere.

We recently moved to Patrington Haven from another park in the area. The reason we did move was the beauty of the place and the standards of facilities and the length of time they are open. It’s very peaceful and quiet and the move was easy. If you’re thinking about moving parks, just get it done and don’t dawdle.

I mentioned to friends that I was looking for a caravan and they suggested Patrington Haven as they have one there and love it.

I filled in the online enquiry form and Rose was in touch the next day and I went for a visit a few days later. She answered every one of my list of questions and started ticking all of my boxes. We went for a walk around the park and the more I saw, the more impressed I was. I arranged to go the next weekend and look at a few caravans with a friend and had narrowed it down from the ones I saw on the website and Rose suggested another couple.

From the very first time I got in touch with Partrington Haven I found everyone very polite, friendly and very helpful.  On arriving to the park we were greeted by Jamie who offered us a friendly welcome and a drink. He gave us some information to look at while waiting for Rose to arrive as we were a little early than arranged.

We viewed a lot of static caravan parks before settling on Patrington. We chose Patrington for it's amazing facilities, the peace and quiet on the site and how beautiful and well maintained it is. We have also never once walked around site and had a member of staff ignore us they always say hello and so do the other home owners.

Last time we ordered from Guy's I gave a well deserved 6/6 stars. The food was outstanding. In that review I wrote how I thought it would be good if they offered a home made garlic mayo. Fast forward a couple of weeks, we ordered again last night, and not only was our food amazing, tasty, top quality restaurant standard food, but the chef also sent me a tub of garlic mayo (that I never asked for on my order). I was very impressed that he is obviously reading his customers reviews, and taking on-board their opinions.

I invited my family to the park to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday . I would like say what excellent service we received this evening. Members of my family have stayed at some of the top hotels in the country and not received the service we received tonight. Absolutely the best service ever. Please send our thank your to the chefs and waitresses

The food from here is brilliant. Seriously, it is restaurant standard food. The burgers are amazing, real beef, cook to perfection, slightly pink in the middle. (How beef should be cooked) yet piping hot and full of flavour! The home made chips & onion rings are to die for! Please do not order from here expecting your typical fast food junk,.. this is NOT pre-packed frozen food thrown into a takeaway carton... time, effort & skill has gone into these meals ... 10/10 in my eyes Only criticism Is I would like to see home made garlic sauce...

Yet another outstanding pizza. Words can't describe how good the quality of this food is. Delivery driver is a credit to the restaurant, polite and professional. 11 out of 10!!

We have now been on the park for 17 years, we came here on a holiday. There is such a sense of community. It really is a whole new way of life

As soon as we approached the park with its lovely flower beds we knew we had found our bit of paradise.

Jamie’s friendly, no intrusive manner and professionalism during and after the purchase was excellent.  He always has the time to say hello and keeps his word which we have to say is rare for a salesperson.  Without his assistance I doubt we would have made the purchase when we did and can’t thank him enough for helping use to make the life changing decision, very easy.

My daughter had a swimming party it was absolutely brilliant. The ladies who ran the party were both fantastic & so organised. They had thought of everything and all the little detail was so impressive. The food was superb and all freshly made. My daughter and her friends were kept entertained the whole time and had a great time. Really good value for money.

Our Christmas lunch was beautiful. Everything was cooked perfectly and arrived piping hot. The only downside was that we didn't get our mince pies or chocolate truffles but that's wasn't a problem at all. One of my children couldn't make it and as we had already paid we asked if we could take the meal away. Gareth came to our table personally with it all wrapped up in tubs and in a bag. Thank you so much to all the staff at Guys. Fantastic job. X

1st time I've ordered from this place. 1st impressions last and they sure will ! The meat feast pizza and home made chips where phonominal. Without doubt the best in the area. The delivery service was also very prompt and friendly. If your in the area give this place a try you will not be dissapointed. Highly recommended !

Absolutely incredible service. The chef was incredible! They catered to my vegan taste and even spilt the pizza half cheese half not. Food was delicious, delivery guy was good. Very pleased.

Wow! Wow! Wow! EVERYTHING was brilliant!!!! This is the first time we have ordered from here, we played it safe and stuck with 'better the devil you know' ... after seeing this place pop up a while ago we decided tonight we would give it a go.... and how pleased are we?!? I ordered a meat feast pizza,.. it didn't come as your basic pre packed meat thrown on top of a stuffy pizza base, it came hand made, with peppers, onion, pepperoni, chicken, jalapeños... the chips are real home made, soft + brown...

Just bought our first caravan at Patrington Haven and we're extremely pleased. The place is wonderful and the staff are exceptionally helpful and considerate. We look forward to enjoying many family holidays here.

This is our second holiday home experience!

I have visited Patrington Holiday Leisure Park on numerous occasions as well as many other sites, however Patrington has always remained my favourite park. Always wanting a holiday home I wanted to make sure I got the location, site and community that I desired. Patrington ticked all the boxes for me and after receiving such a warm welcome by the very friendly and accommodating staff especially Rose I felt at home instantly. It wasn't long before I made my mind up that this was the place I wanted to be.

We had a great family day and learnt so much about Holiday Home Ownership, we didn't feel pressured once, had chance to speak to some of the Owners on park, who just confirmed what we had already been told. Went away to think about and pleased to say we are now Owners. Love it and would recommend it.
