Does your Caravan Park have disabled access?
We aim to make our facilities available and accessible to as many people as possible. We sell adapted caravan holiday homes, suitable for wheelchair users. Please speak with one of our advisors on (01964) 630071 to discuss your access needs.
How easy is it to Purchase a Caravan Holiday Home?
It could not simpler - just arrange a convenient time to visit the Caravan Park and we will guide you every step of the way.
Do I need a large deposit?
Deposits can vary but can start from as little as £99 and move in!
Do you offer guaranteed finance?
We offer a range of finance options which include guaranteed finance subject to deposit criteria and status - contact us for more information.
Can you help settle my existing finance?
Yes we can help arrange to have existing finance settled subject to certain conditions.
Do you offer cash back with my purchase?
Yes we can arrange cash back on selected Caravan models
How affordable is it to own your own Caravan Holiday Home?
Very affordable - just arrange your visit and full details will be provided
What choices of Caravan holiday homes are available?
Patrington Haven Caravan Park carries an extensive range of both new and used static caravans for sale. Whether you are looking for a starter holiday home to a luxury holiday home or lodge, we will be able to find you your dream holiday home for sale.
Would I get my own private garden?
Yes we have a choice of established garden plots to choose from.
Do you provide Private Parking?
Yes all of our Garden plots have easy access roads with a private space for parking.
Can our friends visit us here at the Caravan Park?
Absolutely - family and friends are more than welcome to visit and come stay with you.
Do you offer a referral scheme?
Yes - if you introduce a family member or friend who joins you will receive a cash reward - contact a sales advisor for full details.
What does the Caravan Parks local area have to offer?
The local area has lots to offer from relaxing walks, unspoilt beaches and country pubs to local attractions and exciting shopping areas. We have helpful local staff and so anything you need to know - just ask.
Do you allow pets?
Yes we allow pets on our Caravan Park (subject to Park Rule conditions).
Can I have a landline Telephone fitted?
Yes our caravans have a BT landline connection available if required.
Does the Caravan Park have WIFI?
Yes the Park will have Wi-Fi which will be available when the new leisure complex opens.
Can we move our Caravan to your Park?
In some instances we do allow existing caravans to be brought on to the Caravan Park - please contact a sales advisor for more information.
Do you accept part exchanges?
Yes we are happy to accept a range of items in part exchange from static caravans, touring caravans, motorhomes, static caravans, boats, cars and motor cycles - almost anything - just ask!
How soon after Purchasing can we move in?
Normally it would only takes a few days to allow us time to prepare your holiday home for use.
Are there good transport links?
Yes we have excellent road and rail links to Hull with a regular bus service to Patrington.
When can I arrange my visit to your Caravan Park?
We are available 7 days a week/365 days a year.
Is someone available to answer my questions?
Yes when you come for a look around someone will be available to answer any questions you may have.
